For over 35 years, I have offered a combination of evidence-based and best practice treatments using physical therapy and osteopathic techniques.

Specializing in the following areas:

  • Complicated pain and dysfunction patients –

    • When traditional physical therapy, medical, chiropractic and other alternative medicine have been ineffective
  • Headaches and migraines

  • Healthy aging including:

    • Refacée® An all-natural method for wrinkle reduction and facial rejuvenation
    • Enhancing and optimizing your posture

Whether your visit is for healing or to optimize your body’s posture, strength and appearance, you will receive a thorough initial evaluation. Your treatment will always be one-on-one, and consist of a hands-on, integrated, whole-body approach to maximize your benefit at each session. (This approach is unlike traditional physical therapy.)

We all know that what happens to one part of the body may also affect another.

I understand that headaches may lead to neck and back pain and vice versa; other pain and dysfunctions may also lead to poor posture or difficulty walking. Many people do not realize that pain in one part of the body may be due to problems in another part. As I zero in on what causes your area of concern, then, I will always take the time to re-balance your body.

My job is to find the most efficient pathway to help repair or enhance any part of the body in order to re-establish balance and return you to a more active life.

As a part of my integrated approach, the techniques I use include:

  • Myofascial release
  • Manual therapy
    • Spinal mobilization
    • Joint mobilization
  • Muscle Energy
  • Visceral manipulation
  • Scar tissue/adhesions release
  • Craniosacral therapy
  • Positional release / Strain-Counterstrain

As my approach is holistic, I treat simple as well as complicated, multiple conditions and systems concurrently. These include, but are not limited to:

Orthopedic -pain and dysfunction

Joint and muscle pain (strains and sprains)
Frozen shoulder
Plantar fasciitis
Neck pain
Back pain
Tennis/Golf elbow

Pinched nerves
Thoracic outlet syndrome

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Acid reflux

Central herniation in the abdomen
